Entering the beautiful 17th century hall with carriage vaulted ceilings, You will be greeted by Oriana who will briefly tell You about the millenary history of the room in which You are staying. The dishes that will be served to You, prepared every morning by Elda, follow the rhythm of the seasons, using only quality raw materials and mainly from the company. Vegetables, legumes (Tondino del Tavo and homegrown chickpeas), vegetables and aromatic herbs, grown with loving care, personally by Palmiro, in the nearby garden, infuse the dishes with the genuine taste of memory. The meats (Chicken and Pork) are also from animals raised by Palmiro and fed with flours from cereals grown by him. Cheeses and other meats are chosen exclusively from neighboring farms that have the same company policy. Everything is served accompanied by wine and extra virgin olive oil of their own production that Luigi and Giacomo personally follow from working the land to bottling. The meal will always be closed with an excellent dessert freshly prepared by Elda and Oriana, always with the freshest ingredients (such as the eggs from their own hens). Finally, you cannot fail to taste the fabulous Genziana or Sambuco always prepared in the family. The restaurant is open upon reservation and is available for business lunches and ceremonies.
